Dr. Victoria Boyd


Dr. Victoria Boyd, President and Founder of the GALAXY group and Center Stage Leadership, is an Author, Business Strategist, Coach and Mentor. Recognized as an excellent trainer she has worked throughout the country building capacity in the nonprofit and small business sectors.

Dr. Boyd’s leadership skills include serving on the boards of numerous statewide organizations such as ArtServe Michigan, Michigan Youth Arts Festival and Inside Out Literacy Project. She was also president of Michigan Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (MAHPERD) and Michigan Dance Council, as well as interim Executive Director and convention manager. Working with organizations and recognizing a need,  she attained a doctoral degree in organizational studies focusing on management and organizational development.

Now residing in Nevada, Dr. Boyd provides services through her two companies.

the GALAXY group, llc focuses on building capacity within nonprofit organizations through the Nuts & Bolts NPO Training series and private coaching.

Center Stage Leadership focuses on her visionary and process driven expertise to help clients ‘create a new reality’  grounded in fundamental business practices. As an entrepreneur and former educator, she authored The Wealthy Teacher:Answering the question What’s next? to support educators through stressful situations and guide them through an interactive process of self-awareness, alignment and recognition of the huge opportunities open in the business sector.
